Be sure that you’ll always get your messages with Blue Casa Voice Mail. It’s the phone service that answers your phone calls while you’re away, on the Internet, sending a fax or taking another call. Blue Casa Voice Mail records messages, along with the time and date of the call. And you can access your messages anytime from any touch-tone phone when you’re home or away from home. Blue Casa offers an added service on our Voice Mail. We can Forward all the customer new voicemails to any subscriber’s existing email address provided at the time of the order.

BlueCasa Voice Mail Limits
- Holds up to 25 combined messages
- Each message can be up to 2 minutes in length
- New messages can be stored for up to 10 days
- Saved messages can be stored for up to 5 days
- Outgoing greeting length is 30 seconds
Time Saving Tips
- The “Time Saver/Toll Saver” feature is a great way to save time and money (pay-phones and cellular minutes). Simply dial your mailbox number and if there is a single ring before the greeting then you can hang-up as there are no new messages in your mailbox.
Voice Mail Terms
Access Number– The simplest way to access your voicemail is to dial
your own phone number and it will be forwarded to VM. You will also be
given a 10 digit access number to dial VM directly.
Password - a private code used to safeguard your messages.
- The last 4 digits of own phone number or
- A new password will be provided to the customer at the time of order
Call Answering - Answers your calls, even when you’re on the phone, so you always get your messages.
- If your phone is not in use, callers will hear 4 rings before the call is transferred to Voice Mail
- If your line is busy, callers will hear 1 ring before the call is transferred
- If your line is busy but you have the call waiting feature, callers will hear 4 rings before the call is transferred to Voice Mail
- Voice Mail can answer up to 3 calls at the same time
New Messages - Customer can identify new messages by looking at their Caller ID for missed calls, by the notification on their email or by dialing the “Time Saver/Toll Saver” feature. Blue Casa does not offer stutter dial tone at this time.
VM with Email - If requested VM will send copies of all the new voicemails to the email address provided at the time of the order. (Requires Real Audio Player)
