Transacting in the fund

• You can deal in the funds by fax, through our Global Cash Portal website, SWIFT, FTP file exchange or by phone (phone deals need to be confirmed by fax).
• Trades placed and accepted before the fund’s trading deadline will be processed the same day.
• To purchase or redeem fund shares by phone in EMEA, call +(352) 3410 3636 with the following information: account name, account number, fund name and share class, amount of order and trade date.

Placing a purchase

• Please note that it is not possible to deal in the fund by phone in Asia. Please fax your transaction form to +(852) 2800 4676.
• Trades must be placed before the fund’s trading deadline. Please know your fund name, account number and the exact amount of the trade.
• You are advised to place trades as early in the day as possible and to provide J.P. Morgan with advance notice of large trades.
• Redeeming fund shares
• If your order is accepted before the cut-off time, proceeds will be transferred that same business day in the time zone of the currency’s home country.
• All redemption proceeds will be paid on settlement date to the bank account(s) designated on your application form.
• Any changes to your payment instructions for redemptions must be requested in writing and signed by two authorised signatories. For your added security, before proceeds are paid out, call backs to additional authorised persons may be performed to confirm the change. Please call +(352) 3410 3636 in EMEA or +(852) 2800 2792 in Asia if you wish to make any other changes to your account.
• Please be aware that the bank account receiving the redemption payment must be in the same name as the fund account holder as we are not allowed to make third party payments.

Placing a pre-advice call

• Pre-advice calls assist the JPM portfolio managers with managing large inflows/outflows within the fund, thus providing protection for all share-holders against unexpected flows. Whenever possible, it is requested that you provide notice as soon as possible.
• To place a pre-advice call, contact your Relationship Manager. Your Relationship Manager will relay this information to the appropriate group.
• This information should include the name of your organisation, approximate amount of the purchase or redemption and the length of the investment, if appropriate.

Process Overview
Online Enrollment is designed to streamline the day-to-day processing of applications in managing a JPMorgan Chase Commercial Card program on an ongoing basis. The first step of the process is for the Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) to communicate the URL (https://www.cc-accountcenter.com/jpmorganchase_commercial/eapp/ss_applicationID.jsp) and Application ID information to potential applicants. This communication should provide all the instructions a card applicant will need to understand how to initiate a card application online. Your Account Manager can provide you with a sample communication to streamline creating this communication.

PayPal Merchant Gift Certificates let you sell personalized gift certificates on you website. As soon as you create and publish Buy Gift Certificate buttons, customers and visitors can begin purchasing and redeeming your gift certificates.

Merchant gift certificates can be redeemed only for merchandise or services that you sell online. eBay Gift Certificates are sold on eBay.com and can be redeemed only for auction items and merchandise sold on eBay.

N O T E : Gift certficates that you create and sell by using Merchant Gift Certificates are not redeemable for your eBay listings.

Introduction
The Private Health Insurance (PHI) Bill 2006, which is expected to commence on 1 April 2007, enables the Minister for Health and Ageing to make Private Health Insurance Rules. The Private Health Insurance Rules (PHI Rules) that have been drafted under the relevant provisions of the PHI Bill and associated Bills provide for matters necessary to carry out or give effect to the new legislative package. The PHI Rules will be made to commence at the same time as the Bill.

The PHI Rules that are being circulated and attached to this circular include:

• Private Health Insurance (Incentives) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Lifetime Health Cover) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Health Insurance Business) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Registration) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Data Provision) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Ombudsman) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Levy Administration) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Policy) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Prostheses Application & Listing Fees) Rules;
• Private Health Insurance (Health Benefits Fund Policy) Rules; and
• Private Health Insurance (Transition) Rules.

Although the majority of these rules do not contain new requirements, the move from the current reinsurance arrangements to the risk equalisation scheme and the introduction of broader health cover are reflected in the Rules and the PHI Bill.

Legislative interest in health insurance and health care reform is at an all-time high. In recent years:

• Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont enacted sweeping health insurance expansion programs;
• States as politically diverse as California, Illinois, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are now pursuing major reform of their health insurance systems;
• Florida, Kentucky and West Virginia enacted major Medicaid reforms; and
• Many other states have passed legislation mandating the study of various health reform alternatives.

Of course, policymakers are reflecting the concerns of voters who have seen health insurance premiums rise substantially, coupled with the related rise in the uninsured.

Fortunately, health insurance increases have moderated recently. The Kaiser Family Foundation reported premium increases in the employer market of 5% for 2008 — the lowest in nearly a decade, and coming after several years of declining premium
increases. However, the impact of previous double-digit increases has left voters concerned about the viability of the private health insurance market.
